Focus on quality and organization We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with hospitality industry experience—organized, responsible, and possessing strong leadership skills—to manage and supervise housekeepers at an independent 31-room hotel. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that assigned guest rooms and areas are cleaned, organized, and ready on time, meeting the hotel’s established quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Assign and supervise daily housekeeping tasks. * Inspect guest rooms to ensure compliance with cleaning and presentation standards. * Coordinate and follow up on room supervisors’ work. * Verify that guest rooms are ready on time for check-in. * Supervise laundry service quality and coordinate linen delivery logistics. * Manage and maintain linen inventory, ensuring quality and availability for operations. Requirements: * Proven experience as Housekeeping Supervisor. * Leadership and ability to coordinate teams. * Organized, responsible individual with a focus on quality.
