1. Participate in the training and evaluation of housekeeping staff. 2. Assign daily tasks according to shift. 3. Supervise the arrangement and cleaning of guest rooms, as well as hallways, service areas, staircases, and elevators. 4. Supervise the arrangement and cleaning of guest rooms to ensure everything is in perfect condition and fully operational. 5. Supervise the operation of equipment, cleaning supplies, linens, and supplementary items. 6. Monitor staff attendance and adherence to scheduled working hours on a daily basis. 7. Coordinate with your supervisor special cleaning plans, room changes, or any other type of work to be carried out in guest rooms.
