Position Summary: The Cashier Supervisor ensures customer service standards through management of cashier staff, cash handling, and resolution of complaints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that cashier staff have the necessary tools for efficient, prompt, and timely customer service and billing. 2. Supervise cashier staff to deliver customer service through rapid and efficient sales processing. 3. Verify that cashier area policies and procedures are up-to-date and properly implemented for correct area administration. 4. Ensure appropriate cash handling and collection to prevent risks at cash registers. 5.
