Focus on quality and productivity A leading plastics company is seeking: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN BLOW EXTRUSION Requirements: Completed high school diploma and/or incomplete Industrial Engineering degree 3 years of experience in the plastics industry Knowledge of blow extrusion processes Pneumatics Hydraulics Electrical systems Personnel management Decision-making skills Good manufacturing practices Root cause analysis and corrective actions Responsibilities: Execute and monitor the production schedule Oversee and control production processes to ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and productivity goals Assign tasks to operational staff according to priorities Resolve operational incidents affecting the production schedule Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid downtime Assign tasks, train, and motivate the work team Foster a collaborative and safe working environment Provide regular reports to the Production Manager Skills: Proactive Team-oriented Responsible Respectful Leadership capability Committed Salary: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
