Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Responsible for the Convergence of vehicle issues for BCI. * Assembly plant issues lists and dashboards and path to their resolution. Issue delivery to the technical team and management with the respective root cause. * Manage part and assembly conformity for BCI, design validation and change request management for various vehicle areas. * Drive regular meetings and activities to insure design conformity and plant issue resolution. * Track analysis activities to ensure the pace of issue recognition, define resolution pilots and drive the delivery coordination. * Manage escalation process with the Launch Project Manager for red KPI and their status.
