100% Mexican company is seeking: ### **Branch Manager with sales, wholesale, or retail experience (PREFERABLY IN STATIONERY, JEWELRY, HOME DECOR, TOYS, ETC.)** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily branch operations. * Manage and monitor the performance of **store management staff**. * Coordinate and supervise **operational staff**. * Verify staff adherence to schedules, roles, and assigned tasks. * Identify, report, and follow up on **operational, administrative, and personnel incidents**. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. * Follow up on position-specific duties such as: * Store opening and closing. * Inventory and merchandise control. * Achievement of sales targets. * Support staff training and development. * Prepare operational and performance reports for branches. * Serve as liaison between branches and headquarters. * Propose improvement actions for operations and customer service. * Etc. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school diploma. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as a branch manager. Experience managing operational staff.
