




Lead, manage and supervise bar operations, ensuring service standards, cost control, profitability and an exceptional guest/customer experience. Reports to Food and Beverage Manager (F&B) Staff under supervision Bar supervisors, bartenders, bar servers and pool servers. Key responsibilities Plan, coordinate and supervise daily bar operations. Ensure compliance with service standards, recipes, presentation and timing. Control inventory, costs, waste and beverage consumption. Validate requisitions, orders and receipt of supplies. Design cocktail menu and promotions jointly with F&B. Train staff. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service standards. Supervise opening and closing procedures: cash counts, shift closings, logs and reports. Resolve guest/customer incidents and follow up on complaints. Analyze sales and KPIs to propose improvements and strategies.
