This role will be pivotal in advancing the professionalization of the sales force and strengthening organizational competencies aligned with corporate objectives. Job Objective Design, implement, and oversee the comprehensive training and organizational development strategy, ensuring enhancement of technical and commercial competencies, professional growth of talent, and achievement of business strategic goals. Requirements **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (degree required). * Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Education preferred. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years leading commercial training and organizational development areas. * Demonstrable experience in: * Designing and delivering training programs for sales teams. * Training Needs Analysis (TNA). * Leading and developing training teams. * Managing performance indicators (KPIs). * Budget administration. * Implementing and managing e-learning platforms.
