We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to work in Uruapan. Your main responsibility will be to lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded. You must have solid sales experience and effective leadership skills to motivate and guide your team toward success, as well as experience operating 3.5-ton vans. Your role involves strategic sales planning, sales data analysis, and identification of growth opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, monitoring sales representatives’ performance, and providing ongoing feedback. A proactive attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to market changes are required. You must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
