We do not seek a manager who only gives instructions—we seek someone who is present on the sales floor, supporting, supervising, and working alongside their team to achieve goals. **Position Objective** Ensure the branch’s daily operations run smoothly by leading the team through action, driving sales, and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and actively participate in the store’s daily operations. * Directly support sales efforts—especially for slow-moving products. * Meet and enforce sales targets. * Address and resolve customer complaints or issues. * Ensure store order, cleanliness, and proper merchandise display. **Team Supervision** * Assign daily tasks and follow up on their completion. * Train new hires in their roles. * Provide performance feedback and conduct evaluations. * Approve leave requests and vacations per internal procedures. **Basic Operational and Administrative Control** * Supervise store opening and closing procedures. * Conduct cash counts and supervise safe deposit procedures. * Review receipts, returns, and potential discrepancies. * Coordinate inventory checks and shrinkage control with warehouse and audit teams. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal guidelines. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Prior experience managing staff in retail stores. * Active, hands-on leadership (works on the floor—not just supervises). * Customer service orientation. * Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. * Clear communication and teamwork abilities. * Experience measuring results and optimizing processes. **What We Value** We seek individuals who: ✔ Verify instead of assuming. ✔ Always look for the “how yes” solution. ✔ Optimize, automate, and improve processes. ✔ Lead by example. **We Offer** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm * Up to $14,000.00 monthly, paid biweekly. * Work location: Historic Center of CDMX
