Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for a bar located on Circunvalación with experience in restaurant operations, staff management, beverage preparation, and a strong focus on customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises daily bar operations, including staff and cash handling. 2. Ensures customer satisfaction and professionally handles complaints. 3. Opens and closes the bar, supervises staff, and coordinates with suppliers. **BAR ON CIRCUNVALACIÓN** **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as Shift Supervisor in restaurants or bars.** **Knowledge and hands-on experience with restaurant operations (Soft Restaurant system, staff management and scheduling, reservations, order placement and receipt, supplier payments, and cash handling).** **Knowledge and experience in beverage preparation.** **Administrative skills including concentration, organization, management, teamwork, attention to detail, working under pressure, problem solving, and negotiation.** **Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.** **Customer-service orientation with the ability to professionally handle complaints.** **WE OFFER** **Competitive salary** **Punctuality and sales bonuses** **Bi-weekly payment** **Statutory benefits** **Work schedule:** **5 days of 7 hours, 1 day of 12 hours, 1 day off** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Conduct bar opening and supervise staff to ensure optimal and timely opening.** **Open the system and manage the cash register.** **Open the bar counter and dispense beverages.** **Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance.** **Maintain complete inventory and order food supplies as needed.** **Manage kitchen and bar minimum/maximum stock levels.** **Assist staff in resolving workplace issues.** **Perform cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.** **Coordinate with suppliers regarding order placement and delivery.** **Ensure customer satisfaction and courteously address any complaints.** **Report pending tasks to the manager upon shift handover.** **Report maintenance and training needs.** **Report to management and resolve any daily incidents—whether personnel-related, operational, or maintenance-related.** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
