We are looking for a **Sales Executive** with strong commercial orientation and results-driven focus, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the logistics sector. This position plays a strategic role within the company, as it will be responsible for generating sales from scratch, closing new deals, and developing long-term commercial relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Actively identify and prospect new clients through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.) * Generate and close new business opportunities * Develop and manage a B2B client portfolio * Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations * Negotiate commercial terms and formalize agreements * Conduct timely follow-up on leads and the sales pipeline * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper service execution * Sell land logistics services such as Import/Export / Cross Border MX / USA, Domestic Movements MX / USA, among others. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Keep the CRM and commercial reports up to date * Analyze market trends, competition, and identify growth opportunities **Ideal Profile:** * \+2 years of experience as a Commercial Executive in logistics or transportation (focus on prospecting and closing). * Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing * Advanced English (mandatory) * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills * Strong results orientation and goal achievement focus * Proactivity, autonomy, and commercial mindset * CRM usage experience (desirable) **Position Conditions:** * Base salary: $18,000 MXN net \+ **uncapped commission scheme**, directly tied to individual performance * Statutory benefits * Commercial freedom and autonomy to develop your client portfolio * Real growth opportunity based on performance Location: San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.
