Train and guide staff to deliver quality service and an enjoyable dining experience at the restaurant, Beach Club, and Terrace. - We require a person capable of supervising daily operations and verifying achievement of sales targets. - Weekly review of restaurant supply requisitions. - Review of restaurant and beach club orders to ensure proper billing. - Follow-up requests for kitchen suppliers and supplies; management of kitchen, bar, and utensil inventories, etc. - Management of staff activities and schedules.
