Autonomy to execute commercial strategies **PAYROLL CREDIT MANAGER** At **Exitus Credit**, we seek **field commercial leaders**, results-oriented and with proven experience in **payroll credit disbursement**. This role is for profiles who **lead through execution**, accompany their team in the field, and convert objectives into results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute **payroll credit disbursement** within the assigned area. * Manage, activate, and accompany **commercial teams in the field**. * Drive **client acquisition, closing, and growth of disbursement**. * Implement **cross-selling and commercial activation strategies**. * Monitor KPIs **focused on results**. * Ensure achievement of the **branch’s monthly targets**. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in **payroll and/or direct-debit credits**. * **1 to 2 years of experience** in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of **field sales teams**. * Fully **commercial profile**, goal-oriented. * Availability for **80% field work**. * Knowledge of **cross-selling strategies**. **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $12,500 * **Bonuses for target achievement** * **Timely payroll payment.** * **Autonomy to execute commercial strategies in the field.** * **Role with high impact on results and professional growth**
