




Important Human Resources Consulting Company, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, dedicated to the sale and installation of industrial kitchens We are seeking: **KAM IN CABOS** **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing and/or Business Administration · Experience: minimum of 3 years · Knowledge: portfolio and territory management · Full sales cycle experience, as you will be generating sales for installations. · Preferably, an active client portfolio · Client prospecting · Negotiation **Main Responsibilities:** The Regional Manager must: \- Ensure achievement of assigned goals and KPIs \- Conduct daily prospecting and qualification calls and meetings to present services/products to external clients, as well as negotiate and close sales for assigned accounts, in accordance with established objectives. \- Develop industrial kitchen projects. Offering comprehensive solutions including commercial consulting, design, engineering, equipment supply, custom fabrication of stainless-steel furniture, installation, and training, ensuring customer satisfaction. \- Draft and submit a weekly production report detailing: meetings with new clients, new business generated, status updates on sales forecast opportunities, and monthly/annual goal achievement percentage. **We Offer:** * $25,000 Base Salary * $15,000 in commissions * Statutory benefits – after probation period * Additional benefits: company car, mobile phone, and fuel allowance * Career and Life Plan Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have an active client portfolio in the hotel and restaurant sector?
