




We are seeking a **General Manager** with vision and proven results to assume overall leadership of our automotive dealership. This role is the highest operational and strategic authority, responsible for driving **profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction** across all departments: Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration. **REQUIRED PROFILE** 1\. Strategic and Financial Leadership: * Maximize Profitability: Set and achieve aggressive revenue, gross margin, and operating profit targets for the entire dealership. * Financial Analysis: Review daily financial performance (Income Statement, Balance Sheet) and implement corrective action plans. * Budgeting: Develop and manage the dealership’s annual budget, controlling expenses and investments. 2\. Team Leadership and Operations Management: * Comprehensive Supervision: Lead, train, and evaluate department managers (Sales, Service, Parts, Administration). * Organizational Culture: Foster a high-performance culture, flawless customer service, and strict adherence to manufacturer standards. * Process Optimization: Ensure efficiency in processes related to new vehicle reception, warranty management, billing, and vehicle delivery. 3\. Customer and Manufacturer Relations: * Customer Satisfaction (CSI): Ensure the dealership meets and exceeds Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) metrics and brand loyalty targets. * Brand Compliance: Maintain effective communication with the manufacturer/distributor to comply with image, training, and sales volume standards. **SKILLS** * Strategic vision and tactical execution capability. * Excellent negotiation skills with customers, suppliers, and corporate. * Transformational leadership and a mentoring focus for managers.
