Leading Hardware Industry Company with over 30 years in the market Seeking: FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales to auto parts stores, distributors, and wholesalers (NOT grocery stores or telecommunications companies), in a Supervisor or similar role * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree * Personnel management experience * Valid driver’s license; ability to drive cars, 3½-ton vans, Urvan, and 1½-ton trucks * Availability to travel and work in the field * Experience managing 500+ products (desirable) * Collection follow-up and management of delinquent customers * Management of KPIs for supervised staff RESPONSIBILITIES: * Retail sales and market research * Supervision of sales representatives’ performance * Customer negotiations * Collections execution and fieldwork * Achievement of sales targets * Familiarity with customer catalogs and acquisition of new customers * Route monitoring and loading/unloading of merchandise WE OFFER: * $17,000 monthly gross + bonuses * Statutory benefits * 100% social security contributions * Grocery vouchers * Direct employment contract with the company WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM WORK LOCATION: Tlalnepantla de Baz, near Mundo E; applicants must not reside more than 1 hour away from the work area Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * How many products or brands have you managed?
