High-level negotiation and closing skills We are looking for a **Commercial Manager** with a results-driven mindset, responsible for leading sales and growth strategy in the trailer sector, driving placement of new and used units, as well as efficient inventory turnover. This role plays a key part in the company’s commercial consolidation—developing markets, closing high-value transactions, and building a robust sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and execute commercial strategy focused on growth and profitability. * Coordinate and develop the sales team (3–4 sales representatives). * Ensure achievement of monthly unit placement targets. * Drive sales of available and slow-moving inventory. * Prospect new customers (carriers, fleets, logistics companies). * Manage long-term business relationships. * Actively participate in strategic sales closings. * Define pricing, discounts, and commercial terms. * Track pipeline, quotations, and closings. * Analyze commercial KPIs and make data-driven decisions. **Position KPIs:** * Monthly sales volume (units placed). * Revenue generated vs. target. * Margin per transaction. * Inventory turnover. * Prospect-to-sale conversion rate. * Average sales cycle time. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Industrial sales experience (preferred: trailers, transportation, or metal-mechanical industry). * Experience leading commercial teams. * High-level negotiation and closing skills. * Results-oriented mindset (not administrative). * Ability to generate business—not just manage it. * Strong organization and timely follow-up on opportunities. **Position Conditions:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. * **Contract Type:** Full-time. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Location:** Nuevo León. **Compensation:** * **Base Salary:** $30,000 to $35,000 MXN per month. * **Commissions:** * 1% on inventory sales. * 1\.5% on slow-moving inventory sales. * Statutory benefits. * Internal career growth plan.
