Main responsibilities: * **Personnel Management:** Supervise the performance of counter staff, prepare shift schedules, and ensure a positive work environment. * **Inventory Control:** Conduct product counts, manage orders to suppliers/factory, and prevent losses. * **Quality Standards:** Ensure branches comply with hygiene, cleanliness, and product presentation standards. * **Cash Reconciliations and Closures:** Supervise cash handling, cash register closures, and deposits. * **Customer Service:** Resolve inquiries or incidents to guarantee a positive shopping experience. Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year supervising retail outlets, preferably in food, beverages, or retail. * **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * **Skills:** Leadership, honesty, conflict management, and results-oriented mindset. * **Residence:** Preferably reside in Naucalpan or nearby areas (Tlalnepantla, Azcapotzalco). * **Schedule Availability:** Willingness to rotate shifts and work weekends (with a weekday day off).
