This role is critical to driving sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and coordinating the commercial and technical teams. Responsibilities: * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. * Supervise and motivate the sales and technical team. * Ensure personalized customer service and technical advisory support. * Inventory control and tracking (bicycles, spare parts, and accessories). * Administrative management of the branch (cash handling, reporting, KPIs). * Implement local promotional strategies and activations. * Coordinate after-sales service and warranty management. Requirements: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a store manager or supervisor (retail). * Knowledge of consultative sales. * Experience in bicycles, electric mobility, or technology products is preferred. * Leadership skills and results-oriented mindset. * Basic inventory and reporting management skills. * Flexible availability.
