Ensuring efficient and profitable operations **We are seeking a Branch Manager responsible for comprehensive management of branch operations, ensuring achievement of business, operational, and customer service objectives.** **The position requires team leadership, operational control, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to optimize sales, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.** **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily branch operations. * Achieve and ensure attainment of sales and profitability targets. * Maintain a healthy and up-to-date credit customer portfolio. * Coordinate and supervise a team of 10–15 staff members (sales, warehouse, administration, and delivery). * Manage inventory, goods receipt, and goods dispatch. * Ensure high standards of customer service and support. * Administer performance indicators (sales, productivity, inventory). * Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes. * Identify opportunities for improving branch operations. * Prepare operational and commercial reports. **Requirements** * Prior experience as Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor. * Experience managing personnel and work teams. * Sales experience. * Knowledge of inventory control and commercial operations. * Focus on goal and result attainment. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Basic proficiency in Excel, Office suite, administrative software, and operational reporting. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Performance-based salary increases. * Monthly commissions based on sales target achievement.
