A high-impact role in business results and professional growth. **PAYROLL CREDIT MANAGER** At Exitus Credit, we seek field commercial leaders who are results-driven and possess proven experience in payroll credit disbursement. This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and convert targets into tangible results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute payroll credit disbursement within the assigned territory. * Direct, activate, and accompany field sales teams. * Drive customer acquisition, deal closing, and growth in disbursement volume. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in payroll and/or domiciled credits. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (e.g., Sales Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of field sales teams. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies. **We Offer** * Base salary: $12,500 to $18,500, negotiable based on experience * Bonuses for target achievement * Timely payroll payment * Autonomy to implement commercial strategies in the field * A high-impact role in business results and professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,500\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
