Key Responsibilities: \* Lead and coordinate all dealership departments (sales, after-sales, financing, and administration). \* Design and implement strategies to achieve commercial and operational objectives. \* Supervise team performance and foster a high-performance culture. \* Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. \* Manage budgets, costs, and dealership profitability. \* Coordinate with Nissan Mexico to comply with corporate standards and policies.
