We invite you to join our team as Accounting Manager in our company dedicated to the sale of footwear accessories and machinery. **Position:** Accounting Manager **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm **Requirements:** \- Age 25 to 35 Experience: 5 years in an accounting or similar position. Knowledge of management and supervision in general accounting. **Skills in:** Leadership and teamwork. Planning, organization, business vision. Numerical reasoning, financial statement interpretation. Ethics, confidentiality, responsibility, and proactivity. **Knowledge:** Intermediate Office Excel Accounting software packages, such as SAP, RP, SAE, CONTAPAQI. SAT platform Current Mexican accounting standards. Taxes, payroll, general accounting Processes for certain procedures at various government institutions. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and submit financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Supervise accounting records and bank reconciliations. Generate accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing financial statements and reports for management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and control. Manage department budget and analyze variances. Supervise compliance with local and international regulations and manage accounting risks. **We offer:** Base salary (100% via payroll).
