Comprehensive warehouse management and inventory control At SUFACEN, we seek a **Warehouse Manager** with solid experience in logistics operations within the retail sector. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper warehouse operations, guaranteeing efficient receipt, storage, picking, and distribution of goods to pharmacies and grocery stores. They will lead a team comprising **4 supervisors and approximately 45 employees**, ensuring compliance with service standards, inventory control, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise overall warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping). * Ensure inventory accuracy and shrinkage control. * Guarantee on-time delivery to branches. * Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate and develop direct supervisors. * Optimize logistics processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Control inbound and outbound high-value goods (medications). * Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment (forklifts and vehicles). * Prepare operational reports and present results to Management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Inventory accuracy * Branch service level * Inventory turnover * Shrinkage and expiration control * Productivity per employee * Picking and delivery time compliance ***Requirements*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in a similar position. * Experience in retail (pharmaceutical or grocery sectors preferred). * Experience managing warehouses with over 30 direct reports. * Experience leading middle management (supervisors). **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory control and administration. * ERP or warehouse management systems. * Logistics planning and distribution. * Good warehousing practices (experience handling medications preferred). * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
