




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Systems Technician to manage, maintain, and optimize the technological infrastructure, providing advanced user support and applying AI. Mandatory use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools Systems Technician. **Publication Date:** February 26, 2026 **Salary:** 15,000.00 (MXN) – 18,000.00 (MXN) per month * **System Updates:** Install and configure hardware, security patches, software, networks, and applications (MAC, Win, IOS, Android); replace disks, components, and complete hardware; implement security measures. * **Network Management:** Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks at 100% (entire infrastructure, LAN, IP, routers, switches, Mac, Office 360, Skype Conferencing, Teams, videoconferencing equipment, Kaspersky antivirus, VPN, corporate email, FreeFileSync backups, CCTV). * **User Support:** Provide 100% advanced support to users and clients for issue resolution; deliver technical assistance for specific questions and problems; offer remote and on-site support. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Perform regular maintenance tasks on all equipment to ensure functionality and efficiency of all systems; resolve software and hardware issues; manage license control; configure printers and peripheral devices. * **Mandatory Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools.** CV and corporate profile writing and optimization. Corporate content generation. Design and support for internal advertising campaigns: brochures, images, etc. Event-related content creation for the firm. Corporate video creation. (Canva, Gemini, ChatGPT, Adobe, Illustrator, etc) * **Documentation of Policies and Procedures:** Document problem records, solutions, and follow-up actions, and submit reports to Management, including problem resolutions. * **User Training Provision:** (AI, MAC, Office 360, VPN, Anydesk, Windows, iOS, Android), corporate email. * **Essential Skills:** Customer service skills, excellent clear communication—written and verbal—empathy, positive attitude, proactivity, good personality, responsibility, organization, and documentation. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred in **Systems Engineering**, Marketing (intermediate knowledge). **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in the same or similar position. **Work Location:** Santa Fe, CDMX **Base Salary:** $15,000 to $18,000 per month.
