




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Field Executives, focused on profiling, route planning, lead generation, and closing sales for new customers. In this new challenge, you will be responsible for leading a team of **Field Executives**, who must focus on profiling, planning visit routes, generating leads, and closing sales to acquire new customers **(Merchants).** **What Will You Do?** * Ensure the team under your supervision meets its monthly door-to-door sales targets. Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring. * Accompany team members in the field during commercial visits aimed at acquiring new businesses. * Develop field commercial strategies to ensure optimal use of time by supervised executives. * Ensure daily/weekly/monthly adherence to scheduled commercial appointments to acquire new customers (Merchants). * Monitor KPI compliance: daily prospecting, lead profiling, scheduling commercial appointments, and closing sales. * Conduct daily report analysis and make timely decisions to implement necessary adjustments promptly. * Focus on executing the entire sales process—from cold prospecting and negotiation to closing—through consultative selling. **Ideal Candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience: prospecting, profiling, and acquiring new customers. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading a field sales team (5+ people). * CRM proficiency for reporting and team monitoring (Salesforce). * Experience leading field teams—from cold sales to database optimization. * Knowledge of route planning for executives. * Experience managing cross-functional teams. * Excellent skills in clear and effective communication with internal and external customers. * Proficient handling of the team’s sales funnel and ensuring KPI compliance.
