The purpose of this position is to ensure achievement of sales targets through quality customer service and efficient store management. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Minimum experience: 1 year verifiable experience in cashiering, retail, or similar roles. * Knowledge of banking terminal operation, inventory management, computer use, and customer service. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Store opening and closing procedures. * Receiving and organizing merchandise. * Inventory control. * Cash handling and point-of-sale terminal operation. * Customer service. * General cleaning and maintenance of the premises. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $9,600. * Biweekly payment. * Direct employment contract. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: * 20% food vouchers. * 10% savings fund. * Uniforms. * Institutional phone (after probation period). **Work Schedule:** Monday–Saturday, 9:00–14:00 hrs and 15:30–18:30 hrs. **3-week training at Banco de Alimentos Guadalajara offices.** Hacienda de la Calerilla 360, Col.
