Ready to join a Mexican brand conquering the world *snack by snack*? **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure production processes are executed in accordance with established quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. * Verify that **team members follow procedures, work instructions, and product specifications.** * Monitor critical production parameters (temperature, timing, weights, etc.) and record deviations. * Coordinate **product changeovers, cleaning, shift startup, and shift shutdown**, ensuring proper traceability. * Report and address **incidents or deviations** in process, machinery, or finished product. * Lead, coordinate, and motivate the **team** to achieve daily production, quality, and safety targets. * Foster a **positive, orderly, and safe work environment.** * Supervise staff **attendance, punctuality, and performance.** * Train staff on **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and standard operating procedures. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field / Technician in Bioprocesses or Industrial fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** as Production Supervisor (Facilitator) in the **food industry**, with Global Certifications such as Kosher, HACCP, etc. Team management and leadership experience is mandatory. **Knowledge:** * Food safety. * Strong knowledge of GMP. * Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance strategies. * 5S. **Join the Don’t Worry Family** If you match this profile, don’t hesitate to apply and become part of a team transforming how people enjoy healthy snacks!
