IN IMPLEMENTING LEADERSHIP, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION SKILLS, AND TEAMWORK BASED ON OBJECTIVES. SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS, MANAGE RESOURCES, PROSPECT CLIENTS AND PRESENT QUOTATIONS, CREATE SERVICE ROLES, MAINTAIN A FULLY COVERED STAFF ROSTER, PROVIDE CLIENT SERVICE ON TIME AND AS REQUIRED, CONDUCT SERVICE SURVEYS. ESTABLISH GOALS BASED ON THE ANNUAL WORK PLAN, PLAN AND SUPPORT THE PROCESS OF OPENING NEW BRANCHES, ADDRESS CONTINGENCY PLANS FOR DEVIATIONS AND/OR STRENGTHEN THE PLAN WITH NEW PROJECTS. MANAGE GOVERNMENT REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, INCLUDING PERMITS, SUBMISSION OF REGULATIONS, AND RENEWALS APPLICABLE TO THE TYPE OF SERVICE, REMAIN ACTIVE ON RELEVANT PORTALS, AND COLLABORATE WITH THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT FOR TRACKING AND PROCESS EXECUTION.
