




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the academic and disciplinary functioning of the secondary level, supporting teaching staff and addressing school coexistence situations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Academic and disciplinary coordination for secondary education 2. Support and follow-up of teaching staff 3. School coexistence management and conflict mediation * Coordinate and supervise the academic and disciplinary functioning of the secondary level. * Support, guide, and monitor the performance of teaching staff. * Plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical strategies aligned with the school’s educational project. * Monitor students’ academic progress and propose improvement actions. * Address disciplinary matters, school coexistence issues, and conflict mediation. * Maintain constant communication with families regarding students’ academic and personal development. * Coordinate academic meetings, technical councils, and follow-up sessions. * Supervise compliance with institutional and official plans, programs, and regulations. * Collaborate with school leadership in academic planning, academic events, and institutional projects. * Prepare academic and administrative reports for the secondary level.
