Help us drive our company’s growth! **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the quality of pharmaceuticals and other healthcare supplies stored and distributed by the company, as well as guarantee compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields aligned with the pharmaceutical industry. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and as a Quality Inspector. **TECHNICAL AREA** * Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Proficiency with ANSI tables * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) **FUNCTIONS AND/OR ACTIVITIES** * Inspection of pharmaceuticals and other healthcare supplies. * Verification of receipt and shipment of pharmaceuticals and other healthcare supplies. * Monitoring of temperature and humidity in areas and equipment throughout the day. * Verification of Good Storage and Distribution Practices. * Cyclical inventories of pharmaceuticals and other healthcare supplies. * Support in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Verification of conditioning for refrigerated products. * Implementation of preventive and corrective actions to ensure the quality of pharmaceuticals and other healthcare supplies. * Identification of opportunities for improvement in quality-related processes and proposal of solutions. **SKILLS** * Effective verbal and written communication * Problem-solving * Working under pressure and as part of a team * Organization and attention to detail * Results-oriented and goal-focused * Proactivity * Willingness to learn and adapt to processes **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits (IMSS, 15-day Christmas bonus, vacation time, and vacation premium) and additional benefits: * Subsidized cafeteria * Grocery vouchers * Christmas bonus (15 days) * Punctuality and attendance award * Savings fund * Salary commensurate with qualifications * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Excellent work environment **Note:** Indefinite-term contract option available after probationary period **SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 100% on-site.
