Perform preventive maintenance activities according to schedule and work standards, ensuring equipment functionality. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 6 months of practical experience, preferably in maintenance. · Knowledge of plastic injection. · Education: Technical Superior University (TSU) in Industrial Maintenance or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering. · Availability to work rotating shifts. **KNOWLEDGE:** · Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics. · Programming of Mitsubishi PLCs (preferred). · Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. · Operation of LS, Engel, KM, and Engel (DOUBLE INJECTION) machines: alarms and basic repairs for each machine type. · Knowledge of operation and alarm troubleshooting for Yudo and HY Robotics robots. · Operation of peripheral equipment: chillers, temperature regulators, steam units, pre-dryers, humidifiers, blowers, etc. · Knowledge, use, and handling of measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, pyrometers, etc.). · Calibration of LS, Engel, KM, and Engel (DOUBLE INJECTION) machines. **SKILLS:** · Punctuality. · Responsibility. · Initiative. · Communication.
