




1. Calculate and process biweekly payrolls, piecework payments, and extraordinary payments. 2. Record, validate, and manage payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime hours, etc.). 3. Prepare and review CFDI payroll receipt stamps in accordance with current legislation. 4. Calculate and record employer-employee contributions, tax withholdings, and employer contributions. 5. Manage transactions with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other government agencies. 6. Support the Human Resources Manager in administrative and operational activities of the department (hiring, filing, personnel control, reporting). * Collect and validate incidents submitted by site supervisors and Human Resources. * Calculate salaries, piecework payments, overtime hours, deductions, and benefits in accordance with internal policies and applicable law. * Prepare payroll for GROBSON and the Freight business, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. * Perform CFDI receipt stamping and coordinate their physical delivery or digital distribution to employees. * Correctly integrate variable payroll concepts for IMSS and ISR purposes. * Prepare payroll cost reports by workplace or project. * Maintain the employee database up-to-date in the payroll system.
