Job stability and professional development **PAYROLL ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll calculation and personnel administration. * Knowledge: * Labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems (CONTPAQi, Nomipaq, or similar preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. **Responsibilities:** * Personnel incidents. * Calculate payroll in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Resolve issues related to payroll calculations, taxes, social security, INFONAVIT, and integration of variables. * Perform CFDI payroll stamping and cancellation. * Calculate and file tax and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA). * Review and reconcile payroll reports against accounting records. * Payment disbursement. * Generate payroll and labor cost reports and analyses.
