




**Payroll Analyst.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Minimum **mandatory** experience of 2 years as a Payroll Analyst. * Proficiency in payroll software. * Knowledge of tax regulations applicable to payroll. * Understanding of accounting principles related to payroll, including account reconciliation and preparation of financial reports. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Proactive and responsible individual with strong attention to detail and effective time management. **Responsibilities:** * Recording of payroll incidents (vacations, leave requests, tardiness). * Receipt of medical leave documentation. * Support for employees. * Opening Santander accounts for new hires and scheduling their delivery. * Preparation of payroll deduction forms for payroll advances, equipment purchases, shortages, loans, etc. * Stamping and sending of payroll receipts. * Assistance in processing employee termination signatures. * Requesting and issuing accountability documents for corporate phone lines and equipment assigned to users upon request. * Management and accountability for the telephone inventory assigned to Human Resources. * Employee onboarding and offboarding in IDSE and NOI platforms. * Distribution of food voucher cards. * Preparation and issuance of employment certificates for former employees. * Employee onboarding and offboarding in the biometric system. * Preparation of payroll for Vía Dorada (7 companies). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Salary of $10,000\. * Working hours: **Monday to Saturday**, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00\.
