Job stability and growth opportunities **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Loss Prevention Manager** with strong leadership skills and a high sense of responsibility to ensure store security, shrinkage control, and adherence to internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the Loss Prevention team * Implement and track strategies for shrinkage reduction * Monitor CCTV and security processes * Verify compliance with internal policies and procedures * Conduct inventories * Prepare area reports and performance indicators * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions * And other related duties. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferably in Security) * Minimum education: Technical degree * Personnel management experience * Knowledge of shrinkage control, inventory management, and CCTV systems * Availability to work rotating shifts * Leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills * Systems: SAP * Microsoft Suite: Office and Outlook **We Offer:** * Base salary * Biweekly payments – Santander * Statutory benefits * Savings fund: 13% * Food vouchers: 12% * Transportation allowance: $600.00 * Transportation provided at store closing * Training * Job stability and growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $15,966.30 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
