Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of employer obligations to IMSS and INFONAVIT, ensuring regulatory compliance in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. A leading construction company seeks: **IMSS Administrative Assistant** Responsible for the comprehensive management of employer obligations to IMSS and INFONAVIT, ensuring regulatory compliance for construction projects. The primary function is to control construction site records, affiliate movements, and mitigate financial risks stemming from audits or official authority requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * **Affiliation Management (IDSE/SUA):** Processing employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications (SDI). Calculation and validation of monthly and bimonthly contributions for worker-employer payroll taxes and housing loans. * **Authority Liaison:** Managing the IMSS Virtual Desktop, responding to official requests, notifications, and fines. Negotiating and clarifying matters at sub-delegations. * **Loan and Benefit Administration:** Monitoring deductions for **INFONAVIT** and **FONACOT**, ensuring accurate withholding from employees’ salaries. * **Cost Strategy:** Analyzing occupational injury incidence rates to determine the Work Risk Premium and developing strategies to optimize social security costs. * **IMSS Registrations and Cancellations** **EDUCATION** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years managing social security, preferably within the **construction** industry. **KNOWLEDGE** * **Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and the IMSS Platform** * **Basic/Intermediate proficiency in Aspel NOI and Aspel COI** * **Knowledge of the Social Security Law** * Office software proficiency **(Intermediate Excel for cross-referencing databases).** ***COMPETENCIES*** * **Negotiation Skills** * **Sense of Urgency** * **Critical Analysis** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Occasional Fridays: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX, 10 minutes from Santa Fe Shopping Center.
