POSITION: Human Resources Manager (Restaurants) Location: Mexico City / State of Mexico Position Objective: Lead the Human Resources strategy for the restaurant format to ensure talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as maintain healthy labor relations aligned with applicable regulations. Responsible for implementing policies, processes, and continuous improvement programs that support achievement of business objectives in the restaurant and hospitality sectors, managing a workforce of over 600 employees. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in Human Resources, preferably in regional or multi-store roles (retail, especially restaurants), managing headcount exceeding 600 people.
