Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection for 6 branches. * Implementation of the annual training plan, role-specific specialized training plans, and development plans. * Follow-up on STPS-mandated inspections and requirements. * Quarterly performance evaluations. * Maintenance of employee documentation files.
