




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for managing recruitment processes, personnel administration, labor relations, and organizational well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel 2. Administers onboarding, training, and development processes 3. Promotes a positive work environment and organizational well-being Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field Age: 24 to 45 years Languages: Basic to intermediate English Knowledge of labor legislation and mass recruitment. 2 to 3 years of experience in personnel support, operational and administrative recruitment, payroll incidents, NOM-035, labor relations, and Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: Execute and monitor recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. Prepare, update, and maintain personnel files, ensuring legal and documentary compliance. Administer onboarding, training, and personnel development processes. Support performance evaluations and identify training needs. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and internal company policies. Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, incidents, vacations, and leaves. Follow up on labor relations matters, addressing complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions per established procedures. Administer and control payroll or provide support to the responsible department. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring HR area records and evidence.
