We Are Hiring an HR Analyst for Growth !!!!!!!!! **Job Objective** Provide operational and strategic support in Human Resources processes, ensuring proper talent administration, supporting labor regulatory compliance, and implementing internal policies that contribute to organizational development through collaborative teamwork with HR Management. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Administrative-level recruitment and selection. * Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Preparation and maintenance of employee files. * Management of employment contracts, registrations, terminations, and modifications with relevant authorities. * Support in payroll processes. * Follow-up on performance evaluations. * Collaborative teamwork with the Training Department. * Administration of employee engagement surveys. * Support in team integration and internal communication activities. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Support in internal and external audits. **Required Profile and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. * Three years of experience in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
