




Position Summary: Coordinate, inspect, and train cleaning staff to ensure the presentation and optimal operation of rooms and corridors, maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of housekeeping teams for rooms and corridors. 2. Ongoing staff training to ensure effective performance. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of rooms to ensure optimal conditions. 1. Coordinate the daily work of housekeepers and cleaning assistants to fully present and clean all rooms and corridors on each floor. 2. Inspect cleaned rooms and floor corridors to ensure compliance with established standards. 3. Train newly hired housekeepers and provide ongoing refresher training to all other staff to ensure effective performance. 4. Coordinate deep-cleaning activities and preventive or corrective maintenance services for out-of-service rooms to maintain optimal presentation and operational conditions. 5. Supervise the supply of linens, amenities, and cleaning products to ensure sufficient inventory for operations and maximum utilization. 6. Verify that housekeepers have the required materials and equipment to perform their duties, minimizing time and movement. 7. Monitor housekeepers’ room key logs to ensure appropriate use and safekeeping. 8. Unconditionally comply with all instructions received from the immediate supervisor to deliver service meeting the company’s quality standards.
