Coordination with creative and commercial teams STAR SEEDS, a leading company in the real estate market, is looking for talent. **Funnel Builder – NORTH ZONE** **We Offer:** - Net monthly salary of $12,000.00 - Working hours from Monday to Friday (Saturday remote work, if required) - Training - Growth and development within the company **Responsibilities:** * Design, build, and optimize conversion funnels for lead generation and sales. * Create and optimize landing pages focused on results and metrics. * Propose and execute communication and performance marketing strategies. * Manage the execution of digital strategies ensuring positive metrics (leads, CPL, conversion). * Implement A/B testing to improve campaign and funnel performance. * Monitor budgets, audience segmentation, and advertising formats. * Control and manage Meta’s Business Manager. * Conduct periodic analysis of results and continuously optimize funnels and campaigns. * Coordinate with creative and commercial teams to meet objectives on time and as planned. * Design and adapt graphic assets for funnels and campaigns (landing pages, ads, emails). * Supervise visual content quality (photos, videos, reels) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience building conversion funnels. * Excellent writing, spelling, and attention to detail. * Proficiency with funnel-building tools. * Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. * Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. * Proficient use of tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Captions, GoHighLevel, Canva, CapCut, and Captions. * Strong analytical skills and focus on metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS). * Minimum 1 year of experience leading or managing digital projects.
