Opportunity for professional development and growth **MANAGER** (financial) (financial, field position) Minimum **3 YEARS** of proven experience required in the field Responsibilities: PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Achieve assigned credit placement targets Portfolio recovery · Develop strategies to meet assigned sales targets. · Implement, model, and provide feedback on sales methodology—both company-wide and team-specific. · Develop and attract new portfolio. · Build a sales force by recruiting productive and high-performing advisors. · Monitor performance through sales controls and reports. · Monitor and ensure compliance with credit policies and guidelines. · 80% field work and 20% office-based work. **Proven experience required in:** · Client negotiation. · Recovery of overdue portfolio. **Requirements:** · Completed or incomplete university degree. **· Minimum proven experience in credit sales; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required** · Valid driver’s license / ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. · No restrictions for working onsite at branch offices; no transportation constraints, as the role requires 80% field work.
