Opportunity for DELL certifications to support professional development Travel availability for coverage areas: Leon locality and surrounding areas; out-of-town locations: Celaya, Queretaro. **Responsibilities:** * Handling service requests from various accounts/customers, primarily warranty-related issues for DELL equipment such as servers, desktop computers, laptops, etc., using the ticket tracking tool. * Work environment: You will work within a team highly accountable to our clients for delivering service at the committed SLA level, while continuously studying for DELL certifications to enrich your professional profile. **You will succeed in this role if you have:** * Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, Technical degree, or TSU in Computer Systems or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience providing support for **physical servers** and **technical hardware support**. **Technical and soft skills required for this role:** * Customer/user service orientation * Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting * Knowledge of physical servers * Excellent analytical and client communication skills **Other requirements:** * Vehicle (car or motorcycle) preferred.
