**General Requirements** * Minimum education level: **Completed high school diploma** (preferred). * **Valid driver’s license** (Class B). * Minimum of **2 to 3 years’ experience as a delivery driver**. * Prior experience as a **supervisor, route leader, or operator supervisor** (preferred). **Knowledge and Skills** * Knowledge of **local routes**. * Operation of **delivery vehicles** (3.5-ton trucks). * Supervision of delivery personnel (drivers and assistants). * Control of **deliveries, timing, and evidence**. * Preparation of **operational reports**. * Knowledge of **traffic regulations and road safety standards**. **Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Route organization and planning. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Customer service and incident management. * Honesty and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure. * Flexible availability.
