




Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service executive with experience in call centers or digital sales to manage WhatsApp Business accounts, respond to leads from campaigns, and provide information about real estate projects. Lead qualification and support to the sales department We require a candidate with experience in customer service, call centers, customer service roles, or digital sales to perform the following responsibilities: * Manage and follow up on two high-volume WhatsApp Business accounts. * Respond to messages from leads generated by digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). * Provide initial information about real estate projects (location, starting prices, amenities, general availability). * Qualify leads (interest level, budget, preferred area, purchase intent). * Escalate leads to the sales team via roulette system or automatic assignment. * Generate basic administrative reports (leads attended, leads escalated, status, response times). * Maintain fast response times and a professional, empathetic tone. * Support the sales department with clear, well-organized information for each lead. **Technical Skills** * WhatsApp Business proficiency (ideal if familiar with labels, quick replies, and automations). * Microsoft Office Suite * Customer service experience * Basic–intermediate CRM usage (HubSpot, Zoho, Kommo, Bitrix24 or similar) * Strong writing skills and spelling accuracy * Basic knowledge of the real estate sales process (desirable) **Soft Skills** * Excellent service attitude * Clear, friendly, and persuasive communication * Organization and follow-up capability * Ability to handle high message volumes * Empathy and customer experience focus * Teamwork and effective coordination with the sales department * Proactivity and sense of urgency **WE OFFER SALARY PLUS COMMISSIONS BASED ON SALES TARGETS ACHIEVED AND STATUTORY BENEFITS** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Gym discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service Education: * Completed high school (desirable) Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
