




Job Summary: Coordinate and control the flow of packaging crates to ensure optimal supply and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal flow of the chicken supply chain. 2. Monitor and record incoming and outgoing packaging crates. 3. Assist in unloading crates when necessary. JOB OBJECTIVE: Carry out control, replenishment, restocking, and storage activities for packaging crates (crates). FUNCTIONS: Ensure optimal operation of the chicken supply chain and processing activities by properly supplying and controlling crate inventory. ACTIVITIES: 1. Record incoming and outgoing packaging crates (crates) to and from the warehouse. 2. Quantify and record updated customer crate balances in the system. 3. Send the daily crate receipt schedule to the washing supervisor. 4. Verify quantities of received crates against quantities sent by customers. 5. Generate and submit a report at the end of each shift detailing the number of crates received. 6. Request the logistics department to allocate a vehicle for returning customer crates. 7. Request customers to return crates. 8. Confirm with the logistics transport driver the quantity of returned crates. 9. Request photographic evidence from the logistics transport driver of the crate return voucher. 10. Report damaged (broken) or lid-missing packaging crates upon receipt. 11. Share crate inventory balances with the production department (coordinator). 12. Assist the washing supervisor in unloading crates when required due to staff absenteeism or high delivery volume.
