We are an agency dedicated to building brand experiences with nearly 10 years in the market… We’re looking for your talent as a Community Manager. **What will you do?** You will be responsible for **creating and executing visual and multimedia content** for BTL campaigns, events, and activations, ensuring that brands’ digital presence lives at the same level as field experiences. **Responsibilities** * Design of graphic assets for BTL campaigns, events, and activations. * Development of **multimedia content**: video, motion graphics, and digital visuals. * Support in **creative concepts** and visual proposals for pitches. * Adaptation of artwork to different formats (digital, print, screens, booths). * Collaboration with **creative, production, and account teams**. * Supervision of correct artwork application on materials and installations. * Adjustments and **post-production** of visual assets. **Profile we’re seeking** * Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field**. * **3 to 6 years** of experience in **BTL or advertising agencies**. * Experience managing **multiple brands and integrated campaigns**. * Participation in **events, activations, and brand experiences**. **Key Knowledge** * Motion graphics and video editing. * Print and production design (formats, materials, and finishes). * Desired: basic knowledge of **3D, mapping, or animation**. **Tools** * **Adobe Creative Suite**: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere. **Language** * **Intermediate English** **Skills** * Creativity and visual thinking * Attention to detail and focus on quality * Working under pressure and meeting deadlines * Effective communication and teamwork * Adaptability and results-oriented mindset **What do we offer?** * High-impact BTL creative projects * Dynamic and collaborative environment * Participation in real campaigns and activations * Professional growth within the agency **Work Location:** Letrán Valle, Benito Juárez (5 minutes from División del Norte metro station) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, onsite, 10:00–19:00 hrs **If interested, please send your CV to talent@madison.mx or apply through this channel.** *At Madison, we value your talent and therefore do not discriminate based on race, religion, health condition, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality, disability, or any other circumstance.
